Some matchups for the weekend!!
Wake Forest/Florida State - If this game were in Winston-Salem the noles could have some problems. WF is coming off a big win against Clemson and FSU is coming off a trouncing of Syracuse. This game will be close until the third quarter when FSU's depth takes control.
45-21 NOLES W- got close with this one 41-24 Noles
Mississippi State/Florida - Croyle to Protho....TOUCHDOWN TIDE...Oh shoot that was last week. I keep seeing those plays over and over in my head. Luckly for the mighty Gators this weekend is a get well game. MSU is woefully bad on offense and only mediocre on defense. UF has their problems with the O-Line and I still don't think Leak has a good grasp of the Urban Myth offense. However there will be NO repeat of last years upset.
52-10 Gators W- not as close with this one 35-9 Gators
Texas/Oklahoma- Texas has it all!!! Better defense, better offense, and better special teams. OU has Bob Stoops UT has Mack Brown.......24-21Sooners L-Blew this one 45-12 Horns
Georgia/Tennessee- The Bulldogs are kinda a mystery to me. They have a good QB and stingy defense but have yet to play a real monster game. Tennessee showed alot of heart in the comeback against LSU. Tennessee is the more talented team....RICHT is the better coach.
35-21 Dawgs W-27-14 Dawgs
CAL/UCLA- I feel the only legitimate threat to USC was last weekend and ASU let the game get away. Perhaps the winner of this game can make in roads to ending the Trojans domination of the Pac-10. Its the Hollywood guys versus the tree huggers from Berkley......I like the Bruins in this one 24-14 W-47-40 Bruins
Ohio State/Penn State- My heart tells me to go with Joe Pa and pick the Lions but my brain is saying something different. OSU gave Texas all they could handle and Penn State in my opinion has yet to play anyone susbstantial (one could argue they dismantled Minnesota).

MY MEANINGLESS PICK OF THE WEEK!!
GARDNER-WEBB/Hampton- Its the 5-0 Pirates of Hapmton versus the 2-2 Bulldogs of Gardner-Webb.....The only reason I pick this game is my future sister-n-law graduated from Gardner-Webb. Lets go with the Bulldogs in a shocker 35-28!!
